  1. As a graphic programs user I often need to modify/filter bitmap
  2. accessing pixel data at low level. BmpWiz accomplish this need, 
  3. using a Basic like language to modify BMP.
  4. To obtain better performance script instructions are semicompiled.

  6. There are some base filter ready to run, but it is easy to
  7.  creating or derive new one.
  8.  
  9. This is a shareware software, you must register to use it , 
  10. with registration you obtain new releases notification and 
  11. bug-fixing, the registration cost is 40$.

  13. This is the 32 bit version of BmpWiz that could be used in 
  14. Windows NT or Windows ┤95 and Windows 3.1x or Windows for 
  15. Workgroup with Win32s extensions.
